Script Time Detail

The Script Time Detail report lists and provides details for each instance that a script was used for the given date range. Only scripts that have Script Reporting selected in the script's configuration are included in this report.

  This information is specific to this data set, with these metrics selected. The metrics itemized below will be pre-selected by default in Analysis. Adding or removing a column will modify data results as outlined on this page.

Build the Script Time Detail report:

  1. Go to Reporting > Historical Reporting.
  2. In the sidebar, click Analysis
  3. From the Select Data drop-down menu, select the Script Time Detail data set.
  4. Click Ok and the table will load displaying the report data.

This table describes each column in the Script Time Detail report:

Name Type Description
Tenant Name Attribute The name of the tenant that the agent was logged in to.
Agent Name Attribute The agent's first name and last name.
Interaction ID UUID The unique identifier for the interaction.
Script Name Attribute The name of the script. This name is configured in the Script Name field in the Script flow notation.
Start Time Attribute

The date and time, in your tenant's timezone, that the script started.

End Time Attribute

The date and time, in your tenant's timezone, that the script was finished or submitted.  

If a script wasn't completed, no end time is listed. For example, if an agent closes their browser or logs out without submitting the script, the script's end time is empty and the script time is 0:00:00:00.

Script Time Measure The amount of time from when the script opens to when the agent clicked Finish on the script in Agent Toolbar or Submit in Skylight Desktop. Script Time is formatted in days, hours, minutes, and seconds (d:hh:mm:ss).
Script Status Attribute

The script's status:

  • Submitted: The agent clicked Submit on the script.
  • Dismissed: The agent didn't submit the script and it was automatically dismissed because Automatically dismiss without warning is selected in the script's configuration.
