About Filters in Historical Dashboards and Reports

Use filters to narrow down the data that is displayed on your dashboards and reports to show what is most relevant to you. For example, if by default your dashboard shows data for all of the queues in your tenant (such as, Sales, Support, and General Inquiries), you can filter your dashboard to only show specific queues (such as only Sales or only Support and General Inquiries) instead of all of the queues. Alternatively, you can expand your date range to get a better sense of trends or look at a specific date to dive deeper into the interactions for that day.
