Historical Dashboard Reference

Use historical dashboards in CxEngage to review the historical performance and trends for the interactions, queues, and agents in your tenant. You can customize the dashboard using filters (such as the date range) to see what's most important to you. Dashboard widgets include charts (such as column, bubble, and line) and statistics with average (avg), maximum (max), minimum (min), total, and percentage values.
