Selecting a Record from a List of Matches
When you accept an interaction in and the contact's information matches multiple records, all possible matches are displayed in Salesforce Lightning Experience. You must select one of the records to continue.
- Select the Salesforce record that matches the contact.
- Click Select.
- In , click Actions > Assign.
When you successfully link a Salesforce record, a confirmation is displayed.
