Introduction
The Agent Toolbar allows agents to easily accept and handle customer calls online. You can take calls over:
- WebRTC – Calls made over the internet. You use a headset plugged into your computer to communicate with the caller.
- A conventional telephone network – You use a desktop phone or smartphone to communicate with the caller. This is also referred to as PSTN.
