Changing Your State

You can change your state when:

  • You're ready to take calls.
  • You take a break.
  • Your session ends and you need to log out of the Agent Toolbar.

To change your state:

  1. Click the State button.

  2. Click one of the following buttons:
    Change your status

    From left to right, the buttons are:

    • Set to Ready – You're ready to take calls.
    • Set to Not Ready – You're on a break.
    • Log Out
