Changing Your State
You can change your state when:
- You're ready to take calls.
- You take a break.
- Your session ends and you need to log out of the Agent Toolbar.
To change your state:

Click the State button.

Click one of the following buttons:
From left to right, the buttons are:
- Set to Ready – You're ready to take calls.
- Set to Not Ready – You're on a break.
- Log Out
