Making Calls with the Dial Pad

You can make calls with the Dial Pad by entering phone numbers:

• Using your keyboard, or
• By clicking the keys on the Dial Pad with your mouse.

To make calls with the Dial Pad:

1. Click the Dial Pad button ().
2. Enter the number you want to call in the Phone Number field.

   

   You must enter a complete telephone number in E.164 format.

3. Click CALL to initiate an incoming call to your toolbar. This is the work offer that triggers the outbound call.
4. Click the handset icon to accept the call.

   When you accept the call, the Agent Toolbar places you on hold and initiates the outbound call. When the recipient answers the call, the Agent Toolbar takes you off hold.
