Getting Ready to Take Calls

To get ready to take calls:

  1. On the Agent Toolbar, click the State button.

  2. If necessary, select or update your extension.
  3. If you are only going to make outbound calls, click the direction toggle.

    The toggle will be blue and the label changes to Outbound.

  4. Click Set to Ready.

The State button turns green and you're ready to take calls.
