Installing the Agent Toolbar in Salesforce

The Agent Toolbar is a Salesforce package that handles the interactions between the Toolbar and CxEngage.

To install the Agent Toolbar in Salesforce:

1. Log in to Salesforce using an administrator account.

2. Click the following link (or copy and paste it into your web browser):
   https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tj0000001aOdf
3. On the Package Installation Details page that displays, click Continue.
4. On the Approve Package API Access page, click Next.
5. Click Install.
