User gets icon on taskbar but unable to login
When you are unable to login but see the ProScheduler icon on your taskbar (either at the bottom or top of your screen) you will need to use the move option to bring it back to your screen view.
Right click in the white or black box and select Move.
Using the arrow keys on your keyboard hold down one of them (try right arrow first) for 5 to 10 seconds and see if the ProScheduler Main page comes into view. If it does not try another arrow direction. Once you have the ProScheduler Main page click on it to stop the move and hold its position.
