Description automatically generated

When an agent is assigned a cyclic (fixed shift) it does not trump the shift restriction “max number of shifts per week”. This must match the number of shifts in the cyclic schedule, otherwise they will get scheduled to fulfil their shifts and hours per week.

Restr Tab

Default data comes from Settings -> Default shift restr.  The target shift length comes from the Max hours per week divided by the number of agreed shifts/weeks. 40 / 5 = 8.0 hours

Req Tab

Displays the agents off day requests.
