Step 8: Log in to the
The Toolbar is what an agent resource uses to accept and handle voice work offers (calls) online.
- Go to the Agent Toolbar URL for your tenant's region:
- Enter the User Name and Password and click Login.
This is same user name and password used to log in to CxEngage. - A Tenant drop down menu includes all of the tenants that this user ID has access to on this platform. Select the tenant that you're working in and click select.
The Agent Toolbar will launch in the upper left corner of the window. You will be logged in, but in a Not Ready state where no calls can come through. - Click on the "NOT READY" button on the bottom left of the screen.
- Check that "Mode" is set as "Inbound".
- Click on "Ready" to go into a Ready state.
You are now in an available status and ready to receive a call.
