Business Hours Versions

The Versions section of business hours enables you:

View, update, and copy versions
Create, update, copy, and delete drafts

You can also filter columns, sort columns, and adjust the number of items shown per page. See Navigating Management Pages

Versioning

The number of published versions and drafts for these business hours.

Add New Draft (+)

Click + to add a new draft for these business hours.

Timezone

The timezone selected for the draft or version. Drafts and versions can have different timezones.

Actions

The actions available:

	View the version. The calendar and Hours and Exceptions section show the version currently selected. If the View icon is grayed out and can't be clicked, that version is currently selected. This button shows only to users with the MANAGE_ALL_BUSINESS_HOURS permission and for business hours that are not inherited.	Versions only
	Update the draft or version. For versions, a copy of the given version is opened as a draft.	Drafts and Versions
	Copy a draft or version. The copy is a draft and can be made to any business hours in your tenant. See Copying Versions or Drafts of Business Hours . This button shows only to users with the MANAGE_ALL_BUSINESS_HOURS permission	Drafts and Version
	Permanently delete a draft. Deleting a draft cannot be undone. This button shows only to users with the MANAGE_ALL_BUSINESS_HOURS permission and for business hours that are not inherited.	Drafts only

Selected Version

The Hours and Exceptions section shows the rules for the version currently being viewed. The Selected Version banner shows the name of the version being viewed.
