Viewing the Configuration of a Published Service Level Agreement (SLA) Version

To view a Service Level Agreement (SLA) version's thresholds and other details:

  1. Go to Configuration > Statistics.
  2. Click the SLA you want to view.

    The SLA details panel opens.

  3. In the Published Version section, click View version () next to the version that you want to see.

    A window opens showing the name, description, SLA Threshold, SLA Abandon Type, and Abandon Threshold (if applicable).

  4. Click Cancel to exit the window.
