Viewing the Configuration of a Published Service Level Agreement (SLA) Version
To view a Service Level Agreement (SLA) version's thresholds and other details:
- Go to Configuration > Statistics.
- Click the SLA you want to view.
The SLA details panel opens.
- In the Published Version section, click View version () next to the version that you want to see.
A window opens showing the name, description, SLA Threshold, SLA Abandon Type, and Abandon Threshold (if applicable).
- Click Cancel to exit the window.
