Set Up Dashboard Module

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor or a custom role that includes the following permissions to use the Dashboard module:

• Reports > Recording Dashboard > Full Control
• Reports > Evaluation Dashboard > Full Control

This module has no required CxQM configuration tasks. CxQM dashboards are ready for use once the system is operational. Each dashboard has widgets of data that can be locally adjusted to suit the needs of the user.

However, local user settings on the Dashboard module affect the how recording and quality information are made visible to users. Now is the time to configure the dashboards to the users requirements. Configuration sets how the data widgets are shown with time selections. Use these topics to configure the tenant's dashboards:

The Dashboard module provides users with a dynamically updated visual status of Recording and Quality information. It also provides agents with access to their My Engage dashboard, if they are permitted.

The module does not have any global or system configurations to be made during CxQM setup. Local user settings on the Dashboard > Recording or Dashboard > Quality dashboards affect the how recording or quality information are shown and can be configured to fit the user's needs.

Each dashboard employs widgets that display various types of data, selectable by users.

The Dashboard > My Engage dashboard has a a table with records (horizontal) and columns (vertical), each defining a coaching session or e-learning assignment for the agent to complete.
