Recording Dashboard
You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_RECORDING_DASHBOARD permission to use the Recording Dashboard.
The Dashboard > Recording tab graphically displays interaction metrics captured from the CxQM recordings database on recent interactions.
The dashboard allows the user to customize a set of widgets for a quick, easy view of overall recording metrics trended by rate-of-change over time, view a live display of the number of active calls entering into CxQM or the overall interaction metrics for individual agents or teams.
Users can customize the dashboard’s widgets to view desired metrics by time, by agent group or by data type. Customized widget settings can be modified and saved at any time.
