Set Up Reports Module
You must have the default Administrator or a custom role that includes the following permissions to create, view, modify or delete reports in the Reports module:
- Reports > Recording Reports > Full Control
- Reports > Evaluation Reports > Full Control
You must have the default Supervisor or a custom role that includes the following permissions to view or modify the Reports module:
- Reports > Recording Reports > View
- Reports > Recording Reports > Modify
- Reports > Evaluation Reports > View
- Reports > Evaluation Reports > Modify
This module has no required CxQM configuration tasks. CxQM reports are pre-configured and ready for use once the system is operational.
The Reports module provides users with pre-defined reports covering the recording and quality functions and feature use. The module does not have any global or system configurations to be made during CxQM setup. Local user settings on the Reports > Designs tab affect what reports are run and how they are to be output and distributed.
Each report is unique.
The Reports > Designs tab has a a table with records (horizontal) and columns (vertical), each defining a specific report and its data.
