Using Evaluation Reports
Evaluation Reports are focused on evaluation activities, forms, evaluators, agents being evaluated, how well evaluations, questions and questions groups are being used and scoring by question and averages.
Evaluation Reports use data captured in the CxQM storage databases and can also be filtered by evaluator, evaluation form, evaluation status, users or groups. These settings can be saved to the Reports list as a new evaluation report for future use or modification. Report results can be printed, emailed or exported for complete reporting capability.
There are a number of built-in Evaluation Reports available for immediate use or a new evaluation reports can be created.
