Built-In Quality Evaluation Reports

CxQM comes with built-in quality evaluation public report designs for most common reporting needs. Built-in report designs can be copied, modified, named and saved as a new report.

Any report will require Name, Date Range, Primary Series, Graph Type and Reported Data selections be made before a report may be run.

The New Evaluation Report > Report Settings tab defines these values for the report. This tab allows the user to choose what data to use for the X-axis, and what data to include in the Y-axis. Typically it’s best to trend one Reported Data point such as Total Score by Question by one Primary Series such as Evaluator.
