Report Results Tabs
You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the Reports > Evaluation Reports > Full Control and/or Reports > Recording Reports > Full Control permission to use the Reports > Designs tab.
Report Results
After a user selects and runs a quality evaluation or recording report, a new tab appears next to the Designs tab. The new tab is labeled with the name of the report. The report results are formatted into a document type of view. There may be one or many pages. There are report controls and report viewing controls available.
Each new report tab will have its own ribbon bar of report controls and a title bar with a set of report results controls for pagination, viewing, refresh and preview.
On the new report tab, the Ribbon Bar displays the Report Controls:
- Close: Used to close the report.
- Export Results: Click to export the results to an Microsoft© Excel file.
- Email Results: Click to distribute the report results via email.
- Print Results: Click to print a copy.
- Save Settings: Click to save the settings made to get this specific set of report results.
- Modify Settings: Click to modify the settings again, if needed.
- Refresh: Click to rerun and refresh the report results.
On the new report tab, on the banner below the Ribbon Bar are displayed the Report Results Viewing Controls. These provide pagination, preview and window maximize/minimize controls:
- To click to the next pages, click on the Next Page arrow (>) or the Last Page arrow (<).
- To click to the previous pages, click on the Previous Page arrow (<) or the First Page icon (>).
- To refresh the page, click on the Refresh button.
- To zoom in or out, click the magnifier Zoom In (+) or Zoom Out (-) buttons.
- To expand the report results, click on the magnifier button with no symbol.
- To preview the printed version of the report results, click on the square html symbol.
