Enabling Queues

After adding a queue to CxEngage, you can enable it if you need to use that queue immediately. Otherwise, you can enable the queue later — for example, when you start a new campaign.

Enable a Queue

To enable a queue using the configuration console:

  1. Go to Flows > Queues.
  2. Click the name of the queue you want to enable.
    The queue details panel appears.
  3. In the panel, click on the status indicator beside the name of the queue to enable it.
    • The indicator will be gray when disabled and change to green to indicate active.
  4. Click OK on the confirmation message.
  5. Click Submit.
