About Reporting

In Reporting, you can access reports and dashboards that provide insight into your tenant's performance including data about interactions, agents, and queues. You can also build custom reports and dashboards to suit your needs.

  • Data Dictionary: Descriptions for measures, expressions, and attributes available in CxEngage reporting.
  • Realtime Dashboards: Provides the current statistics for your tenant as well as maximum, minimum, and average statistics for the last 24 hours.
  • Historical Reporting and Dashboards: Provides historical statistics for your tenant with customizable date ranges.
  • Recordings: Provides a list of recordings for completed interactions with filter, view, and play.
  • Interaction Monitoring: Enables you to view and monitor active interactions. You can monitor silently or unmute yourself to actively converse with the agent and contact.
