Customer Management Panel

If an incoming interaction matches a contact that is already saved in Skylight Desktop, the contact's details are shown in the customer information panel. Click the arrow to expand and collapse this panel.

  If the Contact Management panel does not display, contact your administrator to verify that your user role includes all Contact Management permissions.

The following tabs are available:

  • Info: Contains the customer's details such as name, phone numbers, contact information, and account information. The details available in this section are determined by the contact layout assigned to your tenant by your tenant administrator.
  • History: Contains recent interactions for the customer. The type of interaction is indicated by a microphone for phone calls, a dialogue bubble for messaging interactions (Facebook, SMS, and chat), and an envelope for email interactions. You can also view notes written by other agents that handled the interactions listed..
  • Script: Contains the script for non-voice interactions only (SMS, Facebook messages, chat, and email). Scripts for voice interactions show in the primary content area.
