Logging in to the Agent Toolbar

To log in:

  1. In your web browser, go to the Agent Toolbar URL for your tenant's region.

  2. Enter your User Name (the email address associated with your CxEngage account) and Password.

  3. Optionally, select a language from the Select Language menu.
  4. Click Login.
  5. Select the CxEngage tenant you'll be working on from the Tenants list and then click select.

    You might have access to several tenants. Be sure to choose the correct tenant for this session.

The Agent Toolbar launches in the upper-left corner of the window. If you’re using WebRTC, this is the Toolbar you’ll see:

You're logged in, but are in the Not Ready state. You can’t receive calls when you’re in this state.

 
  • If you can't log in, you might not have a default Presence Reason list for your tenant or you aren't assigned a list. If this is the case, an error message is shown indicating that you need a Presence Reason list. If you see the error message, please contact your administrator.
  • If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to allow the page to use your microphone by clicking the "Allow" button in the notification menu advising "Use your microphone". The microphone access is needed in order for the application to function correctly.
