Resetting an Email Template

If your tenant is using a custom email template, you can reset the email template back to the default state if needed. You can perform this action if you have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the USER_MANAGEMENT_EMAIL_UPDATE permission.

To reset an email template: 

  1. Go to Configuration > Email Templates.
  2. Select the email template you want to reset.
    The side panel appears.
  3. From the Email drop-down menu, select Default Email.
  4. Click Submit.
