Setting Active Versions of SLAs
After you create a new SLA, the initial version (v1) becomes the active version of the SLA. When you create and save a new SLA version, it becomes the active version. New interactions are evaluated for the SLA thresholds set in the active version.
To change the active version of an SLA:
- Go to Configuration > Statistics.
- Click the name of the SLA for which you want to set the active version.
The SLA details panel opens.
- Select the applicable version from the Active Version menu.
- Click Submit.
