Using Screen Recording Features

Typically, CxCapture records an agent's workstation screen activities, with interaction audio, for playback in the Playback window. When enabled, CxCapture inserts an extra column labeled Screen Capture within the Playback window to show interactions containing screen recordings. This can be used for searching for and playing or downloading interactions.

Screen recording enabled features include:

  • Creating and storing screen-captured records and recordings with synchronized audio and screen recording files.
  • Playback single or multiple screen recordings using synchronized voice with screen recordings through the Video Player from the Playback window.
  • Quickly find records that have screen recordings by Quick Filtering the Screen Capture column in the Playback window.
  • Search for recordings that have screen captures using the Custom Search button in the Playback window.
  • Download a "movie" of a voice-plus-screen recording interaction from the Playback window.
  • Conduct evaluations with a screen recording from the Playback window.
  • Collect screen recording data using the Reports window.
  • Evaluations of interactions with screen recordings will appear in the Evaluations window.
