Manage Skillsets
You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the following permissions to setup skillsets:
- Quality > Evaluations > Full Control
- Quality > Evaluation Forms > Full Control
In the Planning Quality Evaluations step, if it was determined that many of the questions could be categorized into Skillset levels that span multiple question groups, then Skillset categories will need to be setup. These could be setup as universal skills that are required to be scored across the entire organization.
Some typical examples of universal Skillsets may include, but are not limited to:
- Active Listening
- Problem Resolution
- Attention to Detail or Accuracy
- Conversational Etiquette
- Persuasion Techniques
- Conflict Resolution
- Productivity Tools
Once set up, a Skillset category can be used on multiple evaluation templates and questions. Once a Skillset is selected for a question and saved, the Skillset will not be available to be deleted.
