Creating Skills

Skills are abilities or qualifications that your agents have — for example, speaking a foreign language or being licensed to sell insurance or mutual funds.

Create a Skill

To create a skill in your tenant in CxEngage

  1. Go to User Management, > Skills.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter a Name for the skill.
  4. Optionally, enter a brief Description for the skill.
  5. If the skill has a proficiency level, click to enable Has Proficiency.
    Note: Proficiency levels are assigned when the skill is added to the user's profile.
  6. Click Submit.
