Adding Users

Before adding a user to a tenant, determine if this is a new user being created on the platform or if they have an existing profile and are now being added to another tenant.

Requirements

• You can only add users with the same or lower access role than your own
  For example, an Administrator can add a new Administrator, Supervisor or Agent. A Supervisor cannot add a new Administrator.
• Only the user can create or change their password
