Selecting Disposition Codes in Skylight

Dispositions enable you to categorize the outcome of a call or an interaction with a customer. You can select a disposition in Skylight during the interaction or during the Wrap Up phase if it is enabled.

To add a disposition code to an interaction:

  1. Click +Disposition.
  2. Select the check box next to the disposition that you want to apply.

    The disposition code options are configured by your administrator.

  3. Click x next to the disposition to remove it from the interaction.
