Accessing Skylight from Salesforce Classic

After you log in to Salesforce, log in to Skylight:

1. Click the Phone () icon bottom-right corner of the Salesforce Classic window.
2. In the Skylight window, use your CxEngage credentials to log in.
3. Get ready to accept calls:
   • Optionally, change your extension.
   • Optionally, select the statistics you want to display.
   • Change your state to Ready.

Now you are ready to start accepting interactions.
