Making Outbound Calls and Messages in Salesforce Lightning Experience
From Salesforce, you can initiate an outbound voice or SMS interaction. This feature is only available when you are in a Ready state.
When you are working with a Salesforce record, you can click the phone number provided in the record.

To initiate a voice or SMS interaction from Salesforce:
- In Salesforce, click the number you want to contact.
