Assigning Outbound Identifier Lists

After you create an outbound identifier list, you can assign the list to skills, groups, or individual users. All users that are assigned that group can see the outbound identifier list on the Skylight user interface.

  To assign an outbound identifier list, you must have either the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role with the OUTBOUND_IDENTIFIER_ASSIGN permission.

Assigning to a User

After you create an outbound identifier list, you can assign to an individual user. That user can see the outbound identifier list on the Skylight user interface.. To assign an outbound identifier list to a specific user: 

  1. Go to User Management > Users.
  2. Click the row for the user that you want to update.
  3. On the right panel, click the plus (+) icon next to Outbound Identifier Lists.
  4. On the Add list items window, select the outbound identifier lists you want to assign.
  5. When you are done adding outbound identifier lists, click the close (x) icon.

Assigning to a Skill

After you create an outbound identifier list, you can assign the list to skills. All users that are assigned to that skill can see the outbound identifier list on the Skylight user interface. To assign an outbound identifier list a specific skill:

  1. Go to User Management > Skills.
  2. Click the row for the skill that you want to update.
  3. On the right panel, click the plus (+) icon next to Outbound Identifier Lists.
  4. On the Add list items window, select the outbound identifier lists you want to assign.
  5. When you are done adding outbound identifier lists, click the close (x) icon.

Assigning to a Group

After you create an outbound identifier list, you can assign the list to groups. All users that are assigned to that group can see the outbound identifier list on the Skylight user interface. To assign an outbound identifier list to a group of users: 

  1. Go to User Management > Groups.
  2. Click the row for the group that you want to update.
  3. On the right panel, click the plus (+) icon next to Outbound Identifier Lists.
  4. On the Add list items window, select the outbound identifier lists you want to assign.
  5. When you are done adding outbound identifier lists, click the close (x) icon.
