Create E-Learning Materials
You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the following permissions to create E-Learning materials for the E-Learning Library:
- Quality > E-Learning Library > Full Control
- Quality > E-Learning Library > Create
The E-Learning Library enables administrators and supervisors to create and distribute learning material as assignments to any users and then track the completion of these assignments. Learning material can include actual customer interactions recorded by CxQM to demonstrate superior performance as well as any mistakes to avoid. Learning material can also be based on anything, such as presentations, other types of video and/or audio files, PDF files or web site URL links, all can be added to the E-Learning Library. The E-Learning library has a folder structure used to help organize vast amounts of content.
Once the material has been added to the E-Learning Library, users are able to assign E-Learning material to any or all users with these options:
- Select a Due Date to ensure timely completion of the material.
- Select a Confirm Receipt as a virtual signature to verify the learner Received and completed the material.
- Require the user to make comments.
The supervisor tracks completion of any e-learning assignments in the Activities tab. When the user logs onto and goes to their My Engage tab, they are presented with a list of E-Learning Assignments to complete. End users can work on incomplete assignments and can also review previously completed assignments.
