Organizing Interaction Recordings

At any time, there can be a large number of interaction records being presented on the Playback window. When using the Playback windows, the Default Playback View provides all users with a predetermined table of recording records and columns. The Playback window has settings and options to help users better organize and manage their interaction record displays, lists and results.

Easily locate specific interactions by using the Playback window's organizing features in a way that is similar to a spreadsheet. Data in the Playback windows can be sorted, filtered, flagged, copied and pasted, saved, and exported. Columns can be realigned or sorted but columns cannot be added or deleted in the Default Playback Views.
