Accessing Skylight from Zendesk

After you log in to Zendesk, log in to Skylight:

1. At the top-right corner of Zendesk, click the Skylight () icon.
2. In the Skylight window, use your CxEngage credentials to log in.
3. Get ready to accept calls:
   • Optionally, change your extension.
   • Optionally, select the statistics you want to display.
   • Change your state to Ready.

Now you are ready to start accepting interactions.

You can minimize Skylight by clicking the Skylight () icon at the top-right corner. If an interaction is offered to you while Skylight is minimized, the panel is automatically restored.
