Accessing the Agent Toolbar in Zendesk
Once the Agent Toolbar managed package is installed in Zendesk, you can log in and work with calls.

- Log in to Zendesk.
- In the top-right corner of the Zendesk window, click the Agent Toolbar icon (
) to open the toolbar.
- Log in to the Agent Toolbar.
