Built-In Recording Reports

CxQM comes with built-in recording public report designs for most common reporting needs. Existing built-in report designs can be copied, modified and saved as a new report.

Any report will require a Name, Date Range, Primary Series, Graph Type, Data Source and a Reported Data selection before a report may be run.

The New Recording Report > Report Settings tab defines the values for the report. This tab will allow the user to choose what data to use for the X-axis, and what data to include in the Y-axis. Typically it’s best to trend one Reported Data point such as Average Call Length by one Primary Series such as Group.
