Accessing the Agent Toolbar in Salesforce
Once the agent toolbar is installed and configured in Salesforce, you're ready to log in and accept calls.
- Log in to Salesforce.
- In the app menu next to your name, select Sample Console.
- In the bottom right corner of the console, click Phone to open the toolbar.
- Log in to the toolbar.
If you don't see a screen pop when you receive or make a call, chat or email, your web browser might be configured to block pop-up windows. If this is the case, configure your web browser to accept pop up windows. |
