Accessing the Agent Toolbar in Salesforce

Once the agent toolbar is installed and configured in Salesforce, you're ready to log in and accept calls.

  1. Log in to Salesforce.
  2. In the app menu next to your name, select Sample Console.
  3. In the bottom right corner of the console, click Phone to open the toolbar.
  4. Log in to the toolbar.
  If you don't see a screen pop when you receive or make a call, chat or email, your web browser might be configured to block pop-up windows. If this is the case, configure your web browser to accept pop up windows.
