Getting Started with Skylight Desktop
Skylight Desktop is an agent experience for receiving and managing interactions for contact centers that aren't using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. In Skylight Desktop, you can receive inbound Short Messaging Service (SMS), native chat, Facebook messaging, email, and voice interactions. You can also search for and manage contacts.
Administrators can customize contact layouts with the attributes that are most important to your organization. If there isn't a default attribute that matches what you need, administrators can create custom attributes and include them on your custom contact layout .
