Setting Up CxEngage Quality Management (CxQM)
CxEngage Quality Management (CxQM) is implemented by configuring CxEngage flows and user profiles as well as making configurations within CxQM, depending on the packages being implemented.

The steps to setup a tenant with CxQM are:
- Enable CxQM on the tenant. This task is handled by Enghouse Interactive. Please contact your account representative.
- Enable CxEngage Flow and User Profiles to enable audio recording (and screen recording, if deployed). Use these topics:
- CxRecord is purchased and enabled, by default, when implementing CxQM. Administrators will perform these tasks:
- Set up the Administration module. Perform these tasks in this general order:
- Prepare CxRecord modules (Recording, Reports and Dashboards). Perform these tasks in this general order:
- When CxRecord has been configured, perform functionality verification tests:
